JB Berns, the creator of The Urban Rebounding Program, has taken his many years as a fitness expert and his passion for life and created an exercise that doesn't feel like exercise at all. Fitness expert JB Berns is changing the face of exercise with this unique concept, the Urban Rebounding Fitness Program. Berns, a practitioner and teacher in the martial arts, for over twenty years developed the regimen from his martial arts background while recovering from a knee injury. The goal is to bring fun back into the gym with a program that is less jarring on the joints. The Urban Rebounding basic program is a 45-60 minute workout. This unique exercise program works with gravity and not against it, toning and strengthening the body in the process. Urban Rebounding is a kid's exercise for adults of all ages!
