Using Sand Weights with the GYM URBAN REBOUNDING Program
Sand weights are available to be used in conjunction with the GYM URBAN REBOUNDING Program workout. The sand weights resemble beanbags. They are soft and easily held in the hands with a loose grip, alleviating concerns about joint problems during exercise. Although the sand weights are light (average weight: 2 lbs), the G-force created by jumping on the URBAN REBOUNDING equipment causes them to become considerably heavier depending on the amount of effort put forth by the exerciser.

Using Free Weights with the GYM URBAN REBOUNDING Program
Standard free weight exercises can be incorporated with the basic bounce if strength gains or upper body sculpting is the focus. Total body conditioning workout arm movements simulating free weight exercises may be added to the aerobic moves performed during the GYM URBAN REBOUNDING Program workout.

As a stand-alone resistance tool
Performing squats, lunges, dips, pushups, and other such exercises during a workout turns the GYM URBAN REBOUNDING Fitness Equipment into a stand-alone resistance tool.

Whether your client is in peak physical shape, recovering from minor or major surgery, or you are just searching for a different way to challenge your client cardiovascularly in between strength sets, the GYM URBAN REBOUNDING Fitness Program could be just the tool you are looking for.
